Two hundred thirty-one years ago today,
the United States of America was teeming with insurgents
who used tar & feathers, dressed up like Natives and lynched tax-men,
striking terror into the hearts and minds of our occupiers.

Linkin Park

Linkin Park, fortunately, is a band whose time has come and gone. I have to admit, I was a fan of some of their crap. They produced a particular sound which just seemed to resonate nicely in my head that summer. And there's something about a sensitive Afro-Asian rapper throwing out counterpoints to a screeching Mormon meth-nerd which I found disturbingly sexy.

I think it reminded me of high school. Anyway, this parody is pretty spot-on. Enjoy.
